All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card when booking.

A confirmation email with reservation details will be sent upon successful booking.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Deposit Policy:

The cost of a one-night stay will be authorized (held) on the credit card once the free cancellation period ends.

Special requests (e.g., specific room types or amenities) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation:

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

Reservations under non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.

The full amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Group Bookings:

Cancellations for group bookings (3+ rooms) must be made at least 14 days before check-in.

Deposits for group bookings are non-refundable.

Guests who do not show up without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used on the website at the time of booking.
