Reservation Policy
 

• Reservation Confirmation:

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card when booking.

  • A confirmation email with reservation details will be sent upon successful booking.

• Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.

  • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Deposit Policy:

  • The cost of a one-night stay will be authorized (held) on the credit card once the free cancellation period ends.

• Special Requests:

  • Special requests (e.g., specific room types or amenities) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

• Standard Cancellation:

  • Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

• Non-Refundable Bookings:

  • Reservations under non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.

  • The full amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• Group Bookings:

  • Cancellations for group bookings (3+ rooms) must be made at least 14 days before check-in.

  • Deposits for group bookings are non-refundable.

• No-Show Policy:

  • Guests who do not show up without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

• Force Majeure:

  • In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used on the website at the time of booking.
